Shake all ingredients except the soda water with ice thoroughly, making sure to completely blend the egg white. Strain into highball glass and top with soda water. Garnish with an edible orchid.

  • 6 CL ABSOLUT VODKA
  • 1 SMALL EGG WHITE
  • 9 CL FRESH ORANGE JUICE
  • 2.5 CL SIMPLE SYRUP
  • 1 DROP ORANGE FLOWER WATER
  • SODA WATER
